Requirements

+Must be 18 years of age

+Highschool Diploma or GED

+2 years of experience (preferred)

+CPR and First Aid Certified or willingness to obtain

+CDA certified or willingness to obtain

+Clean background check

What is the hiring process like?

Recruitment

All positions will be advertised and posted online. If applying online, applicants should come into the center to apply in person.

Step 1

Interview

The director will select candidates for interview from the applications received for the position. Candidates will be interviewed by the director.

Step 2

Orientation

After the interview process, new employees will take part in The Wiggle Room's Orientation Program. This program is designed to teach new employees the functions of their job, the procedures and policies for which they are accountable and the agency's corporate culture.
