FAQ

Do you offer discounts for siblings?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount to all older siblings when more than one child is enrolled full time. 

Is there an enrollment fee?

Yes. There is a non-refundable fee of $200 for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years (Pre-K). If more than one child is enrolled, there's no additional fee. School aged children have a $50 enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is only due once unless there is a break in enrollment. 

What is the payment schedule?

Tuition is due on Tuesdays at 6pm.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Payments are done through the Brightwheel app with the option of Debit/Credit Card (+4% fee) or ACH (no fee). We also accept money orders. 

Do you accept Workforce Subsidies? 

Yes. We accept NCI. 

Do families have to pay for weeks they do not need care (i.e. vacation, sick days)?

Tuition is due in full year-round regardless of attendance or school closure with the exception of children using earned vacation. 

Are meals provided for children?

Yes. All children will be on the center’s food plan, which consists of breakfast, lunch, and a PM snack – all professionally catered by Krysta's Fresh. 

How does the Waitlist work?

Enrollments are limited, so if you are interested in our programs, you can call for a Tour and/or to be added to our Waitlist.

Waitlist participants are prioritized by the following;
1. Siblings already enrolled.
2. Date added to waitlist

Is there a fee to join your Waitlist?

There's no fee to be added to the waitlist. 

What school supplies are required?

 On Sep. 1st, there is a $50 annual supply fee due. It will cover all school supplies for the year. 

Do you offer half days?

There is no discount for half days. Our MDO program hours are from 9-2 and would be a good option for a shorter day. Call us to get accurate pricing. 

Do you offer Community Helper Discounts such as employees of school districts, emergency services, healthcare, law enforcement or military?

Yes! Call us to make sure you get accurate pricing.
